Returns and Exchanges

U.S. Return Policy

AC KC Apparel gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (AC KC Apparel E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped.  You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. FINAL SALE  items are considered items with a 30% or more discount off your purchase, or items in a SALE category and cannot be returned.  The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
  • Personalized
  • Jewelry
  • Face Masks
  • Altered or Modified 
  • Items Discounted at 30% or greater
  • Items listed in a SALE Category
  • Final sale items 

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

 

Exchanges

Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for an AC KC Apparel E-Gift Card ONLY.

We recommend purchasing the desired item's correct size and then shipping back the returned product to not miss out on the item. 

 

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, please email: ackcapparel@gmail.com  within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

 

International Return Policy

Unfortunately, AC KC Apparel does not currently offer international shipping.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages scanned as delivered. If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, customers can file a claim with USPS.
